An output pack is the bundled set of documents generated from a single discovery session: a one-page brief, end-to-end workflow, integration checklist, and customer interview script.
Can I add more output packs if I hit my limit?
Yes. Additional output packs cost $4 each beyond your plan limit. No commitments required.
How do team seats work?
The Team plan includes 5 seats. Additional seats cost $15 per seat per month. Every team member gets full access to the shared workspace.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
